To meet this objective the Group plans the strategy and promotes strong commitment to continuous improvement within each operating Company and ensures communication, the adoption of best practices and innovative solutions throughout the organisation through the Director designated with specific responsibility.

The Group actively promotes the need for all employees to have the instruction and training appropriate to the nature of their work, to enable them to work safely. We also emphasise to employees that  they have a responsibility and an obligation for the safety and integrity of themselves, fellow employees, and anyone else that could be affected.
